What happens after 12 months?
The program is renewable yearly. We'll reach out before your year is up to re-check your charity status and ask if you'd like to continue – free access stays as long as you qualify and want to renew.
What kind of proof do you accept?
Anything that verifies your charity status – a link to your public registry listing (IRS, ANBI, Charity Commission, etc.) or any official registration document. Include it in your email.
What if our needs grow beyond Basic?
Basic covers 2,000 PDFs per month. If you need more, email us – we'll figure out an upgrade path that fits your needs.
