  • No Unnecessary Storage: Any generated PDFs are automatically deleted after 24 hours, ensuring minimal retention of your files.

  • Direct S3 Uploads: Generated PDFs can be sent directly to your own S3 bucket, ensuring your documents remain within your control.

  • Minimal Data Collection: We collect no sensitive data by default. Access logs and operational data are kept minimal and are used solely to improve our services.

  • No Source Data Retention: HTML content and template data submitted for processing are not stored or logged after PDF generation is complete.

  • GDPR Compliance: We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), protecting your rights, including the ability to access and delete your data.

Your Control Over Data​

We believe in giving you full control over your data. By offering features like direct uploads to your S3 bucket, minimal data retention, and customizable parameter redaction, we empower you to manage your documents according to your policies and preferences.

Privacy Controls Available:

  • Direct S3 uploads to keep files in your own storage environment.
  • Parameter redaction – choose which request parameters are not stored or logged in our systems. Note: html and templateData are always redacted for privacy.
  • Automatic deletion after 24 hours for maximum privacy.
